Frequently asked questions
Is a card required for the trial month?
No. A card is not required to activate the free PRO month — confirmation through Telegram is enough. Three days before the trial ends, we'll remind you to add a payment method if you want to continue with PRO.
What does «year free for the first 25 businesses» mean?
It's a launch promo: the first 25 registered businesses receive 1 year of PRO free instead of the standard one month. After the year, the standard price applies: €9.99/month. The promo disappears as soon as the 25th business signs up.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. DAMOSTA does not take a percentage of your orders or deals — income from customers stays with you in full. Platform monetization is only through the PRO subscription. Fees from payment systems, if used to process the subscription, may apply separately.
Can I switch from PRO to Free?
Yes. The switch is available at any time via the plan settings in your dashboard. Listings over the Free limit are hidden, not deleted — you can bring them back when you reactivate PRO. No fees or penalties for switching.
What happens after the free month?
If a card is added — the subscription renews automatically: €9.99/month or €99.90/year, depending on the billing option you choose. If a card is not added — PRO is deactivated, and the business stays available with the basic capabilities. The storefront and data are not deleted.
What's included in Free?
Up to 2 listings across all categories, with no time limit. Up to 5 photos per listing, no video. 200 MB storage. Orders, reviews and seller rating, 10 interface languages, 0% sales commission. AI assistant works on 2 cards per month. Business features — team and roles, customer base, business analytics — are available on the PRO plan. Suitable for one-off private tasks: sell an item, rent out an apartment, offer a service or rental object.
How does the AI assistant work?
Dictate the product description with your voice — the AI will recognize the speech and fill in the card: title, description, price, and category. There's also an «Improve description» button — the AI will help make the text clearer and more professional. Everything works within your plan's AI budget.
What if the AI budget runs out?
Once the AI budget is exhausted, AI features are temporarily paused until the next limit reset: for PRO — on the next subscription payment date, for Free — on the 1st of the next month. The storefront, orders, and manual editing continue to work without restrictions. At 80% and 95% of the limit, we'll notify you in advance via Telegram, and at 100% — also via email.
